inspiration

What inspires you?

Long after I posted about inspiration boards I have been wanting to make one. I make design boards for my client so why not make one for for my ideas and wishes.

Gisele would say "Do not just dream about it ~visualize it coming true and it will"

So here are my inspirations~ fresh flowers always around the house, continued family meals around the table with great conversation, get back to knitting, etc.. Not all are literal translations of the photos but a feeling or emotion.

OK , yes,
there is the photo and expectation of
owning a French Chateau...

Great post! Today I was thinking just the same thing! Love the quote you have here. The current inspiration board I have in the studio needs a bit of "touch up"! So many things came true that I need to get some new things up there for the new year! ~Kristine

It's nice to have all your ideas, or wishes, cuddling up together on an inspiration board. I should make one too.

I keep my bulletin board in the studio as my "ongoing" inspiration board. This is how the brick and morter Ranch Dressing has almost come to be. I posted a photo in my first blog post...http://ranchdressingcowgirlstyle.blogspot.com/2009/09/breaking-ground.html

I am re-reading "Simple Abundance" this year and I am going to actually make one this time that I can keep and look back on in years to come.

Glad you posted this, I missed your first post and will go back and read it too.

Hi Karen! I firmly believe that dreams come true if you have an inspiration board, a goal, a purpose, and that IT is truly what you envision for yourself....you go girl!!

I have inspiration photo albums, and I'll flip through the pages when I get stumped.
