she looks out her 5th story apartment window and wonders if it is a dream. The gorgeous stone building sits directly across from the

Facing left on her outside balcony she notices the only thing that separates her from the SEINE is a single street, which also runs along the LOUVRE. However did she manage to be in such a prime location in the 1 st arrondissement !
For two weeks she would enter this spectacular door and ascend to her dream escape, her rented apartment. For this short moment in time, she was a Parisian. She would shop at the markets, dine at the cafes and have the time of her life.
Oh, to choose to climb this grand staircase or indulge in a ride in the glass elevator. It would all depend on how many croissants I consumed (or glasses of wine)...
Once inside, I would revel in the designer decorated apartment, not to mention the view
out the window of the

Eiffel Tower and more...
Sweet dreams Paris,
I miss you...

How lucky are you. I know I enjoyed my stay and I did not have such a divine location. I hope you really enjoyed yourself. I know after I came home, it was almost like it wasn't real. It was like it all went too fast and a big dream.

Hello Karen, my name is Esther. I came across your blog via The House in the Roses.
An apartment in Paris, how fortunate you are! I've been dreaming of visiting France for a very long time. Paris and Provence are on the top of places I want to experience. Beautiful photos, I can picture your little Krumpet (on the sidebar photo) enjoying Paris with you.
