my son's room

Here is my son's room, all grown up, graduated from college
and home~ a wonderful son. Yes, we are Celtics fans.
You never know where you are going to find barn doors
as I just had these made for his closet doors.

I designed these months ago and they were recently installed.
New wood~old hinges.

Guess I have had barns on my mind for a while!

please enjoy- love you Doyle.

Those hinges are extremely interesting and handsome. Some of the prettiest kitchen cabinets I have ever seen in person were made from an old barn. This was when I was a teen visiting a log cabin way up in the N.C. mountains. I have never forgotten them. Have a splendid week♥olive

Love the door! I plan on putting barn doors on the fridge which I saw on another blog. This is a really nice idea.

Hi Karen. Just found your blog and joined you as a follower. I read about your barn chick party and would be delighted to join in the fun.

Love the barn door look of your son's closet. We use old barn wood often around our cottage and in our projects. Please come by for a visit.

What a lucky young man to have a bedroom so beautifully designed. Also what a talented mom to design such a room. You are always so clever putting everything together. Love the celtic pillows, where did you get them?
