Federal Style

My home
The Brayton Homestead
is dressed for Independence day in
the Federal period Style (circa 1796)
The Homestead's grounds actually saw battle
along the Taunton River here in Massachusetts, New England.
In the truest spirit of Red White and Blue, I wish you the happiest of holiday weekends.
Happy Fourth Of July!

How wonderful to live in a house with history! I have always pictured myself living in an older home like that. Its like the walls themselves have stories to tell. I am glad you had a good Fourth of July!
