any cookie recipes?

Every year I would host a cookie exchange but this year I am invited to one! I alternate between my gingerbread men ( shown above) or sugar cookies. Looking for something different this year, any recipes you would like to share?
~ the Tattered Cottage has a yummy recipe to share for Vanishing Cookies
~ Olive Cooper posted her incredible bar recipe, wow-
~ Uncovered Ruby has a melty Carmel Pecan Bar you must check out
thanks,
Karen

Do bars count? If so I make Toffee Bars from Pioneer Woman's Tasty Kitchen blog all the time and love them. They have coffee and chocolate in them...yum.

My girls used to go to cookie exchange parties at Christmas. One year I had to make what seemed like a million dozen cookies!!!! Now, slice and bake is my go to cookie. :)

Gingerbread cookies are my husbands favorite.
I always try to bake him some.
