my black and white etchings

Sharing a pair of my etchings.

a self portrait in an antique silver hand mirror- hand drawn, etched, then printed on white and black papers. Cannot decide which one I prefer so I think I will frame them together in the same frame with 2 mat openings. Any suggestions?

Time

This is such a perfect time right now

after the hustle and bustle of the holiday...

A chance to reflect on the time spent with family and friends,

postpone thinking about the new year and cherish the time right now.

Fall Apples

Sitting on top a vintage mirror

sits my fall apple kitchen centerpiece ~

a chippy old basket lined with red checked napkins

holding a bounty of glittery apples ......

Of course, there had to be freshly baked

chocolate chip cookies

to celebrate....

Peak past the basket
hydrangeas are drying nicely from summer
vintage needlepoint

and a lovely pillow from Petit Coterie

rest on a handpainted bench used to stay toasty
near my 213 year old kitchen fireplace...
